We treat every person we encounter, including donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, and community members, with dignity and respect regardless of background, identity, or circumstance.
Accountability
We are responsible stewards of donated funds and resources. Board members and staff are accountable to the foundation's mission and to the communities we serve. Financial decisions are subject to board oversight.
Conflict of Interest
Board members and staff must disclose any personal, financial, or professional interest that may conflict with the foundation's interests. When a conflict exists, the affected individual must recuse themselves from the relevant decision.
Safeguarding Policy
Angelic Hearts Foundation is committed to the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of every person we work with, including beneficiaries, volunteers, and staff. This policy applies to all foundation activities.
Our Commitment
- We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, exploitation, or harassment
- All volunteers working directly with vulnerable individuals undergo an orientation covering safeguarding expectations
- Children and minors may only participate in foundation activities with documented parental or guardian consent
- Photography and video of beneficiaries requires prior consent and is used only for foundation communications
Reporting Concerns
Anyone who witnesses or experiences conduct that violates this policy is encouraged to report it directly to foundation leadership. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is prohibited.

Gift Acceptance Policy
Angelic Hearts Foundation accepts monetary donations via our secure online platform. Cash donations are accepted at foundation-hosted events. In-kind contributions may be accepted at board discretion when they directly support an active program. The foundation reserves the right to decline gifts that conflict with its mission, values, or legal obligations. Donated funds are directed to the purpose designated by the donor to the extent operationally feasible.
Data & Privacy
We respect the privacy of our donors, volunteers, and community members. Personal information collected through our website and donation platform is used only for the purposes stated at collection and is never sold to third parties.
